Very good the product only the box arrived unusable
Iwas really pleased when I first received this item.
Oused it once and it worked really well. I took it back out of the box a few days ago to use again, and what looks like the blade (in the white housing) for the nose trimmer part, has fallen out.
Please can I return for an exchange for a new one that is not faulty. Thank you
